Your child was learning unit 10. The topic of this unit was Transport and communication. In this unit, your child learnt:

·    to differentiate between private and public transport and discuss their advantages and disadvantages

·    to identify some characteristics of land transport, sea transport, air transport  

·    to identify some forms of personal communication

·   to identify some forms of mass communication

·    how television news is made

·   to identify and describe key parts of computers and the internet

·   how advertisements work and how to be a responsible consumer

·   to listen to, read and understand a story about a blog

·   to write a simple text about my transport for the future
